The Screen Savers revisited

Written By: Gary on November 30, 2004 2 Comments

They messed with The Screen Savers again. They dumped Alex who I was just getting used to. Kevin stepped down to do geekier dark segments and they got another Kevin to replace him and Chi-Lan (whom I’ve seen on TSS before?). I guess they got rid of Dan (Foo) and Yoshi. And they dumped the fun opening too (at least so far)…

I guess this explains the reruns the last few weeks…

And I’ve never seen Patrick make a guest appearance after he was gone from the last shakeup.

i had noticed the screensavers people were not the same (never really paid attention to their names) and it had gotten pretty bland. too bad, as i used to love watching it and picked up some pretty good tips. . .

I worked at TechTV once upon a time (for a show called Tech Live), and they were constantly jerking with format, mostly to the bad. There used to be a steady stream of griping about it at f’edcompany.com, but I haven’t check in over there in several years.

TechTV = Bad Times. Trust me.
