Busy Busy…

So it’s been a little busy lately. But too busy for blogging…? Here’s a quick update.

  • rearranging my living room some, trying to make some more room for watching the “tube”.
  • above rearranging should help with room for holiday decorating (i.e. tree).
  • if it actually snows this this week that’ll motivate with the tree.
  • finished three (yes 3) of the books I’ve been concurrently reading (Moneyball, A shortcut Through Time and _____). I’ll do some reviews later (yeah, right).
  • I found my misplaced copy of Cooking To Hook Up, which I should read. Coincidentally, the week after Thanksgiving has traditionally been a good dating week for me, so I should probably start studying… Don’t ask me why I remember this but I’ve noticed it more than once.
  • I got another 2,500 songs loaded up on my iPod. The hard part is now figuring out what parts of my collection is not on there.
  • Saw the Incredibles, very fun. I will review this soon…

    Is it Christmas yet?!?

    It was a relatively normal weekend but that stores/malls were packed. It’s not even Thanksgiving yet! And on the other had since I was there, and the sales were good I did by more than a few presents while I was out. Wasn’t my plan, but it’s nice to be ahead of the game!

    What else did I do this weekend…? Oh I had a five (5) hour meeting at work on Saturday, that’s where the day went.

    Otherwise I shopped, relaxed and slept. Right now I’m at the burger joint that has WiFi but it’s broken today :(

    In a minute second I’m outta here and off to see the Bourne Supremacy.

    Rats – I just realized I still need groceries too…

    KheiglIsn’t it strange that on all the different shows that Katherine Heigl has been on that she has done at least three different rolls with several versions of the same (semi-unique?) name? That would be Roswell Grey’s Anatomy and Wuthering Heights she played Isabel and Isobel and Isabel. I just think that’s a little weird…

    They got big tips

    So I was just looking at the latest issue of The Week (crummy web site, interesting magazine). It says Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (the city of brotherly love) has “the best tippers in the country” at an average of 19.2% so they just happen to have a bunch of generous people living there?

    Isn’t more likely they have a bunch of hard workers there?

    What a great sunny day!

    It’s such a sunny day and I didn’t have any appointments/meetings today so I took the afternoon off! A few errands, so organizing around the house and a few things to do in the garage that I’d rather do before it gets much colder…

    And I get an Olga and an Orange Creme Cooler for lunch! Most importantly I’ll be getting some sun while I do most of this :)
