I’m not a big sports fan but I just drove by Tiger Stadium and they’ve started tearing it down already. It made me kinda sad…

Any/all sentimentality about the old stadium that I ever had (from when I was kid – remember going there as cub scouts?) has been stamped out by cynicism over the money.
Tiger Stadium (part 2)
I had posted that earlier comment on Tiger Stadium from my mobile right after seeing the building. They had guards posted, Im assuming this is so that people didn’t come by and pick up souvenirs. Seems kind of funny they need to dispose of the building…
