In the United States Daylight Savings Time (DST) ends today. So at 2 AM on Sunday November 1st, 2009 set your clocks back one hour in the US (if you’re in the EU, you should have done it last week).
I hate them messing with the clocks, but more importantly, I hate them messing with my internal clock…
But I won’t complain about the extra hour sleep :)

I was studying that map just a few hours ago, wondering why it says that Malaysia falls in the category of “DST no longer used” … as far as I know we’ve never done a time adjustment to accommodate daylight saving… All I can think of is we used to have Sabah & Sarawak (2 states on Borneo island) 30mins ahead of us: this time difference was abolished a while ago, I wonder if this is “counted” as some sort of defunct DST?
I really do not see the need for this time adjustment. I’ve read the explanations, but don’t “get” it. I’ll take that “extra” hour tomorrow, though :)
