No HTML is allowed (it's used too much by spammers). You may list site URLs in the comments with "http://" in front of it (and I'll automatically link it) but do not put href tags around it or the whole message will be blocked. Sorry, but the spammers were really starting to annoy me.

If you want a Gravatar icon (square images) to show up next to your comment (like these), be sure to register at http://gravatar.com/.

If you want a web site thumbnail (rectangular images) to show up next to your comment (like these), be sure to submit your link (you must add yourself to the DMOZ.org directory too) for Thumbnails by Thumbshots.org.

It's Free! Even if you register later, it'll magically show up here. (Gravatars take precedence over Thumbshots.)

Rules: It's my blog so what I say goes. This means I can delete or edit posts that are offensive, have bad grammar, promote something not related to the post or that I just feel like fixing or deleting. Pretty much if you play nice I'm not going to mess with your comment (why would I?).
Spammers: My filters, lookups and verification stops more than 99.99% of spam; I will report you to the various spam collection sites / authorities (there must be a better word for this) so don't post here.

Privacy: While I don't post your e-mail address, nor will I sell your info, I may send you an announcement if I ever change my web address or start a new blog or something like that (I had someone complain about sending a notification once, so this is my disclaimer).
