I just opened about 30 tabs to catch up on my blog reading and about a dozen wouldn’t work. And then I noticed a pattern…
I always forget how many of the blogs I read are at blogspot.com until blogspot is down and I’m trying to catch up. It’s odd, the ones hosted at blogspot but have their own url seem to be okay (I think).
I noticed that I cannot access my brilliant blogs.

Do you mean sites powered by Blogger, but have their own domains? You can use Blogger as your blogging system, but have nothing to do with the BlogSpot host (except, I think, for the comments).
I know you can set up a blog to be ___.blogspot.com and then have a unique domain name point to it, but I can’t believe such a setup wouldn’t be afflicted by BlogSpot outages. Besides, that setup doesn’t give you consistent permalinks.
Seems like BlogSpot’s been going down more often lately. I haven’t seen it much myself, but certainly have seen more complaints about it. Another thing to make me wonder just how much Google actually cares about the baby they bought.
