It’s the Memorial of the Unknown Soldier build in 1975 in the Nasr City district in Cairo.
It looks as if Anwar Sadat inaugurated the statue, was assassinated near it and was buried there also.
Yes its a memorial for the unknown Egyptian soldier in a cairo suberb , its most famous to be the location that the latest Egyptian president “Sadat”got assisinated in the early 80’s and its kinna of a cool design esp. at the time when it was built.
