I'll be the shocks relaxing / stretching have a little to do with that too... Maybe I'll have to start taking off the tire. Maybe I can figure a way to hang it on the bike rack for the times I don't have a second bike on it. Or if I have to get a new rack, maybe it'll be taller to avoid that issue...
